This 3-month camp is built to give athletes:

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Rotational Strength

Rotation drives throwing, shooting, swinging, checking, cutting, and explosive changes in direction.

Core Strength + Stability

A stronger core creates balance, control, and force transfer—especially late game when fatigue hits.

Form + Mechanics

We teach athletes to move properly (squat/hinge/lunge/press patterns) so they train safely and progress faster.

Phased Training (so they keep progressing)

Athletes rotate through structured phases:

  • Strength (force production)
  • Hypertrophy (building a stronger engine)
  • Endurance/conditioning (repeat performance without gassing out)
  • Reset/Recovery (so progress sticks)

Confidence, pressure, leadership, and game-day performance—because training is physical and mental.

  3. They progress through a structured 3-month plan
