We are located at 129 Queensway East in Simcoe, ON. Our facility is located in the old Zellers.

We are open 24/7, every day of the year except for Christmas.

Yes we do. Day Pass and Class Passes are $25 + HST and valid for one visit.

The minimum age to obtain a membership is 14 years old (a parent/guardian MUST be present during the workout). Anyone 16 years of age and older may have a membership and workout without parental supervision. *This excludes our Youth Programs*

We do offer short term memberships. Please contact us to inquire. 

Upon sign up, our staff will help you set up your Gym Master app. This will give you access to check-in via bluetooth door sensors upon arrival. 

We offer discounts to students and seniors. Proof of student enrolment and age must be provided upon sign up. 

Yes. Each change room includes showers, lockers for personal items, dry sauna and cold plunge tub. 

Yes. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours. The front doors are locked between 10pm and 7am so please call between those hours to be granted access, as a non-member.

Yes. You are able to put your membership on hold, documentation is required to do so. The length of your hold is dependent on the length of your membership. Please see our front desk for details. 

Yes. We require 30 days notice to cancel am active membership and those within their contract period are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. Please see our front desk for details. 

Classes are 50 minutes in length. No experience is required as our Coaches will provide modifications based on experience level. 

Yes we do, please see our front desk to purchase a gift certificate.
